Orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post or equivalent standard services.
Orders Under AUD $99
Standard or express shipping options will be available at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the item type and delivery address.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
Recipient Contact Details
For orders delivered within Australia, customers must provide a valid email address and/or Australian mobile number at checkout.
From 31 May 2026, this is required for parcel processing and label creation with Australia Post.
Please make sure your delivery contact details are entered correctly when placing your order.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. For regions outside Australia and New Zealand, orders may be fulfilled from either our Australian warehouse or directly from our partner facilities, depending on your location and product availability.
